  • Face masks must be worn on entering the club – more details.
  • Strictly table service and only those genuinely in the same household may sit together – more details.
  • Rule of 6 applies when standing outside the club – more details.

Breaches will not be tolerated and could result in ejection or even loss of membership.

Face Masks

Everyone entering the clubhouse is required to wear a face mask, which can be removed once you have sat down but you must wear it if moving around inside (such as visiting the toilet etc).

Should you forget your face mask/covering, you will have the option to purchase a facemask before entry otherwise ‘no mask – no entry.’

Signing In

You will be required to ‘sign in’ for the purpose of track & trace.

Keep Seated

Once inside the clubhouse, you must sit at a table & stay at that table for the duration of your stay. Only a maximum of 6 people those from the same household can occupy one table for the duration of their stay. During our busier periods which will probably be the popular televised football games, we will create a seating area in the back of the main room which will be mostly spaced out chairs & a few tables for ‘same house families’Drinks & food must be ordered from & will be delivered to your table or chair by staff.

Genuine ‘same house’ groups are advised to reserve a table for these periods – Contact Suzanne Griffin to do so. Please do not abuse this system as our licence is at risk if we fail to comply.

Tables and chairs will have been safely positioned both inside & outside of the club. Tables must not be moved and chairs can only be moved to make up a household group.

Standing Outside the Club

I will remind anyone wanting to stand outside the club, that the ‘rule of 6’ still applies and to keep thoroughfares clear for ease of movement for staff and members etc.

I would urge anyone sitting or standing outside of the club to use the serving hatch and to respect personal space when doing so or waiting to do so.

Non Compliance

Anyone not adhering to these laws, will be reminded to do so. Continual or persistent non-compliance could result in the ‘offender/s’ being asked to leave the club and could affect their membership etc.

Last Orders & Closing

The bar will call last orders at 9.15pm & this will enable everyone to have finished their drinks and be out of the club by 10pm and off the premises by 10.15pm. We cannot allow drinks to be ‘stockpiled’ or consumed outside following the 10pm deadline. Only staff will be allowed on the premises following the deadline, for cleaning and closing up purposes.

Every Member’s Responsibility

The club have gone to great effort to provide a safe, COVID compliant venue for our members to enjoy. We to keep the club open and operational as much as possible so we require all members to adhere to the law or the club or member could face stiff penalties and the possibility of closure.

It is every member’s responsibility to help enforce these laws.

Payments for food can now be made via your ‘pre-loaded’ membership card at any payment point. Food will continue to be available as always. Feedback that enables us to provide great food etc is always welcome.
