Update: After 10th December, the restriction on the number of tickets for guests of members attending will be lifted so book now to avoid disappointment. If you would like to be added to the waiting list for these tickets, please make a note on the form.
Our popular New Years Eve party is back. We will be having a disco to see the new year in. It will be the first time we have been able to use the clubs full capacity so we can entertain quite a crowd. That said & due to its popularity it will be a members plus guests only event (with each attending member able to invite 1 named guest) and the ticket costs will be £15 per adult & £5 per under 16. A limited number of ham/cheese rolls & hot sausage rolls will be available to purchase on the evening. Tickets can be purchased at the bar with a membership card (you’ll need to give the names of those coming), or via the website.
We will also be having a grand raffle. Incredible prizes have been donated by our partner T4tec with headline prizes being a 75 inch 4k UHD TV, a 65 inch 4K UHD TV & a 50 inch 4K UHD TV! A multitude of other tech prizes, including sound bars, headphones, smart watches & cordless vacuums can also to be won for just £1 per ticket. Tickets will be available from the bar, online and any committee member.
As ever – proceeds from all of our events are used entirely to maintain and improve facilities at the club, for the benefit of all members.
We will be applying a strictly first come, first served policy for the tickets. Members may purchase one ticket for themselves and then one for a named guest. You may apply for tickets for those in your family who are members and the same number of named guests (or fewer) in one order. Any returned tickets will be credited to your membership card (minus a £1 handling charge per ticket). We will keep a waiting list when we sell out. Only those named will be admitted. If you need to change the name on the guest ticket, this can be done for a £1 handling charge.
Once you have applied for tickets, we will email you an invoice with a link to pay via Stripe. Your tickets are confirmed as soon as the invoice is paid. If you have not paid within 7 days or by 25th December (whichever is sooner), the reservation will be cancelled.
