Under 10s (Steve P)

A difficult day at the office today for Walmley Colron u10’s with two defeats.

However this doesn’t do the overall performance justice as they were pitched against two very good teams, Wolves Sp Hunters and Hendnesford Town Juniors.

In both matches, Josh made some incredible saves and was unfortunate to not be able to keep the rebounding loose ball out of the net after his initial save.

The Walmley Colron strikers rattled the bar twice in the second match, with the whole team showing a little more focus.

The addition of some subs this week certainly kept legs fresher, now we simply need to iron out the frustrations of a losing run and build on the focus shown in the second match.

U11s (Lee R)

Walmley Colron U11s came out top against a good Hednesford Town team 4-1, a good team performance

Under 12 (Yousiff)

Another strong performance from the under 12s – despite playing some lovely football we came off 0:1 down at half time. In the second half we again dominated the play – working the ball slowly from keeper to back three inviting a high press ; before releasing to the midfield and in turn to our front three, A hat trick from our centre forward and a beautiful solo effort from our captain resulted in a 4:1 victory.

Under 15s Colts

U15’s Colts with another good win, came from a goal down to win 13-2 away to Bartley Reds. Solid all round performance from all the team especially with a few players missing.
